GPT For Me
GPTForMe: A Prototype for Personalized AI GPT-3 is a powerful language model that can generate natural language texts on various topics and tasks. However, it has some limitations when it comes to dealing with personal or niche content that is not available on the public internet or that was created after 2021. For example, if you want to ask GPT-3 about your own tweets, your company's documents, your favorite podcast, or your technical product, you may not get satisfactory answers.

That's why some developers have created GPTForMe, a prototype that allows non-technical users to upload their own content and use it as context for GPT-3. By using a semantic search technique with OpenAI embeddings, GPTForMe can create embeddings for both the uploaded content and the user's prompt, and then find the most relevant content to generate a response.

GPTForMe is intended to demonstrate the potential of GPT-3 for personalized use cases, such as:

- Answering questions about internal company documents or discussions
- Summarizing key thoughts from a conference via video transcripts
- Accelerating customer service using past conversations and knowledge base content
- Creating custom integration instructions or even code for your customers
- Helping students learn faster by interacting with a book or other content

You can test GPTForMe today by visiting its website and following the instructions. You can also try some pre-loaded content about OpenAI embeddings. Please note that GPTForMe is an experiment only for now and is not intended for production use. Data will be wiped each day and won't be saved for future use.

If you find GPTForMe useful or interesting, you can share your feedback with the developers here. You can also follow them on Twitter: @ericwryan and @cairns. To learn more about how GPTForMe works and see an example use case, you can read their blog post here.

  •  It allows users to interact with GPT-3 using their own content, such as tweets, podcasts, documents, etc.
  •  It is easy to use and does not require any coding skills or access to the OpenAI API.
  •  It can generate interesting and creative results that are not possible with the public GPT-3 models.
  •  It can be useful for various use cases, such as customer support, learning, summarization, integration, etc.
  •  It is a prototype that demonstrates the potential of GPT-3 for personalized use cases.

  •  It is not a reliable or secure service and data will get wiped each day.
  •  It may not provide accurate or relevant answers for some queries or topics.
  •  It relies on a simple semantic search method that is not perfect and may miss some important information.
  •  It may generate harmful or inappropriate content that violates ethical or legal standards.
  •  It is limited by the quality and quantity of the uploaded content and the prompt.
